Guidance Vision

As school counselors, we assist our children as they grow and develop as individuals and learners. Guidance and counseling are essential components of the educational process, helping students to recognize strengths, needs, and abilities, while helping them to develop life strategies to realize their full potential. It has been said, “No man is an island,” therefore, the primary role of school counselor is to implement a developmental guidance and counseling program that will help all students acquire skills that will support their academic, social, emotional, and technological skills necessary for living in today’s global society. We serve as advocates for children as we work closely with educators, parents and community members to provide opportunities for our children to develop skills and strategies necessary to become caring, responsible, and productive citizens.
