The Physical Therapy Department at McCarthy/Teszler School provides services to children with a wide variety of developmental and orthopedic disabilities. Services are provided throughout Spartanburg County including direct treatment and Evaluation and Consultation regarding equipment and orthotics. Aquatic therapy is provided in a state of the art therapeutic pool housed at McCarthy/Teszler School. Therapists also provide services in an orthopedic clinic jointly sponsored by McCarthy Teszler School and the State Children’s Rehabilitative Services program. The PT department consists of PTs, PTAs, and a rehabilitation technician that serve McCarthy Teszler and Spartanburg County Schools.
