Mr. Randy Edwards is the principal of Carver Middle School. Prior to taking the helm in 2022, Mr. Edwards was an assistant principal at Carver, where his passion for strengthening the school culture was evident in his leadership.

"I am incredibly excited and grateful to be in this role as principal of Carver Middle School," he says.  "As a product of District 7 and Carver Middle School, I consider my time as a Carver student to be one of the pivotal moments in my life. Carver students, teachers, parents, and the Southside community are of the utmost importance to me. I have big dreams for Carver and every student who walks our halls. I look forward to building trusting relationships with all stakeholders – as our relationships grow, so will the achievements of Carver Middle School."
