WIN Testing

Juniors at Spartanburg High School take WIN, an assessment designed to measure a student's career readiness skills, focusing on essential workplace competencies. Often used in high schools and workforce development programs, WIN testing evaluates areas such as applied mathematics, reading for information, and critical thinking.

The test is typically aligned with real-world job requirements, helping students demonstrate their preparedness for various careers. Based on their performance, students may earn credentials that indicate their proficiency in workplace skills, which can be valuable for job applications or further education. Schools and employers use WIN testing to assess and support students in building the skills necessary for success in the workforce.
