Beta Club

The McCracken Middle School Beta Club is comprised of 6th 7th and 8th graders who have earned a 3.75 GPA preceding membership. Eligible students receive an invitation with a response deadline during the first semester. The primary purpose of the organization is to recognize academic achievement; however, promoting leadership and encouraging service are other goals(requirements). The MMS Beta Club is involved in two service projects each year (fall and spring). Members must participate to remain in good standing. Any former member of the MMS Beta Club becomes eligible to apply, during their senior year at Spartanburg High School, for a scholarship that is funded and awarded annually by the MMS Beta Club.
