Parents can now log into FinalForms to review and update their student information for the 2024-2025 school year. Back-to-school forms must be reviewed and updated before the start of the new school year.
FinalForms, is an online system that streamlines the process of completing required forms and provides a "one stop shop" for secure, convenient, mobile-accessible parent/guardian form completion. The platform provides these convenient features:
Information from the prior school year will be pre-populated into all forms.
For families with multiple students, shared information will be pre-populated across all student forms.
If your family has a change of contact information in the district, update all of your children's information in FinalForms. Also, call the Transportation Dept. directly with any updates to your address or primary contact information.
Sign Up or Make Changes in Final Forms
Log into your parent account and click on the FinalForms icon.
If completing forms for next school year prior to the end of the current school year, you will need to click the blue button at the top of the FinalForms login page to switch to the new school year.
You will be presented with a popup window confirming that you would like to complete forms for the following school year. Click “Ok, Let’s Get Started!” to proceed.
In FinalForms, you will see a list of your students. Click the "Incomplete Forms" button and complete the forms for each of your students.
Log into FinalForms any time to update information for your students.
