Rather than distributing paper flyers in our schools, District 7 uses a paperless E-flyer system called Peachjar that sends school and community flyers directly to parents.

Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends school-approved E-flyers directly to parents/guardians and displays them on each school website homepage. Parents can easily find and view flyers and take immediate action to sign up for activities and events. Peachjar charges a reasonable fee for the service. However, the fee may be waived for flyers promoting events which are provided free to students. Peachjar will waive its service fees for local community organizations posting to District's schools when promoting a free event or activity that does not entice participants to join a fee-based program, or purchase products or services. To receive the waived service fees and discount information, a community organization must contact Peachjar to make the request. Peachjar Customer Service can be reached at: 858-997-2117.

COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS can register with Peachjar as an "Enrichment or Community Organization" and upload your flyer for approval and distribution to your desired school(s). Peachjar also offers free flyer template designs to parent and community account holders. COMMUNITY FREE FLYER GUIDELINES: Peachjar's Community Free Flyer Program is our way of giving back to communities by covering the fees for one Community Free flyer per 28 days for organizations promoting a charitable free program, service, or resource where children are the direct beneficiary. 

All flyers submitted for free distribution will be reviewed by Peachjar for verification of eligibility and must comply with the following requirements:

• Your organization physically resides within the boundaries of the school district you wish to distribute to. 

• Your charitable program, service, or resource directly benefits children, has no enticement for future fee-based programs, and does not serve the purpose of fundraising, collecting monetary donations, or allowing for the purchase of products or services. Applicable to vendors if present.

• Your organization is not receiving fees or revenue from vendors participating in the event. 

• Your flyer must specify that there is no cost to attend or participate.

Submissions are limited to one flyer distribution to one school district every 28 days. If you wish to distribute to more than one school district or more frequently than every 28 days, you may choose to distribute a standard flyer, subject to Peachjar's fees. Flyers will be reviewed individually, regardless of 501c3 designation. Peachjar reserves the right to determine final eligibility.

After your flyer has been submitted, it will be routed automatically to the school district office for approval, then e-mailed as a visually engaging image to all parents who have their e-mail address on file at the school/district and posted online as indicated above.
