This week is Read Across America Week was created by the NEA in 1997 to promote reading and improve literacy. As we celebrate this week at McCracken, we are encouraging students to set a goal to read 25 minutes each day. Special events include Monday, March 3 - dress as your favorite book character and Friday, March 7 - dress as your favorite profession in recognition of Dr. Seuss' book Oh The Places You'll Go.
